Note: We currently do not ship outside India.

1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email
• You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details
• During high-demand periods (sales, festivals, etc.), order processing may take slightly longer

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeline

• Shipping charges and delivery times vary based on the weight of your order and the delivery location
• Final shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout using real-time rates from our courier partners
• Estimated delivery time: 4–6 business days
• Heavier orders may take an additional 1–2 business days

3. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS
• Tracking may take 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch
• You can track your order from the Orders section of your account or via the courier partner’s tracking portal

4. Taxes

• All prices listed on our website are inclusive of GST, unless otherwise mentioned
• You will not be charged any additional tax at the time of delivery

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

• Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email at your registered email address
• The email will include:
– Your order summary
– The courier partner’s name
– A tracking number
• Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch
• If you do not receive your shipment confirmation within 3 business days, contact us at elixaastrocart@gmail.com

6. Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Orders

• If your order arrives damaged, is delayed, or lost in transit:
– Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) at elixaastrocart@gmail.com
– Include your order number and relevant photos (if damaged)
• We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund, as applicable
